Properties:
Betoplast SM is used for the production of all types of concrete based on Portland cement: self-compacting concrete, precast concrete (including structures with a high degree of reinforcement), prestressed products, monolithic concrete structures, lightweight concrete, industrial flooring.
Usage of Betoplast SM allows you to:
- To produce high-grade concrete strength ( S50/60 and above) of highly plastic (cast) concrete mixes with low water-cement ratio;
- To increase the mobility of a P1 to P5 and over without loss of strength;
- To improve the initial and final strength of the concrete to increase the density , cold resistance , water resistance and other physico -mechanical properties of the concrete;
-To reduce the consumption of cement by 20 % or more;
-To improve the properties of the concrete mix , concrete pump supplied
(to prevent demixing);
-Upgrade the concrete surface;
-Reduce the energy (vibration, GUT) and labor in packing and sealing of concrete;
-Increase the retentive concrete when compared with conventional plasticizers
Betoplast SM additive does not increase the air content of the fresh mix. Also does not alter the coloring of concrete and creating efflorescence on the concrete surface. The additive does not contain chlorides and can be used in reinforced and prestressed structures, does not cause corrosion of the reinforcement .
Application:
The recommended dosage of additives Betoplast SM is 0.3-1 % by weight of cement in liquid form. Dosage depends on the composition of concrete mix required mobility features manufactured construction and purpose.
When using additives Betoplast SM can reduce the amount of mixing water from the initial value by 40%. Actions Supplements most effectively when administered together with the mixing water . For concrete with low water / cement (less than 0.35) mixing time shall be extended by 1.5-2 times to better distribution of additives and displays its properties.
